Set up stations: tubs, tables and dryers

Add the equipment a booking holds, so two dogs never share a tub, and see what limits your day.

Who can do this: The owner or a manager.

Steps

Open Business settings and choose Stations. Press Add a station.
Pick the Kind: Bath tub, Grooming table, Dryer or Other... with your own kind, such as a nail station.
Give it a Name and press Add the station.
Add another opens the form with that kind chosen and the next name filled in; press Add the station.
Click a station to rename it or change its kind, then Save. Retire takes it out of use; Bring back returns it.
Say which stations a service needs by editing the service in Settings > Services.

Stations are grouped by kind. Each group says which services need it, or warns when a service needs a kind the shop has none of.
The calendar's dogs figure, such as "7 / 36 dogs", comes from your stations, groomers and hours. Hover it to see what limits the day.

"<Name> is held by N upcoming booking(s). Move it/them first, then retire it.": Move those bookings first. You cannot change the kind of a held station either.
"Every bath tub is in use for some of that time.": Booking that time is refused. Pick another time or add a tub.
"This service needs a <kind>, and the shop has none.": Add one in Settings > Stations.
