Create your shop account
Start a new grooming shop on the platform with your shop name, your name, email and a password.
Steps
- Open the Start free link on this site. It takes you to the page titled Start your shop.
- Fill in Shop name, and optionally Booking address (lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, 3 to 40 characters). Leave the address blank to build it from your shop name.
- Fill in Your name, Email and Password (at least 8 characters).
- Press Create shop.
What you will see
- You are taken straight to the Set up your shop checklist.
- Your booking address becomes the end of your booking link.
Common problems
- "That web address is taken. Pick another."
- Choose a different Booking address. "That address is reserved. Pick another." means the name is not allowed.
- "Use lowercase letters, numbers and single hyphens only."
- Remove capitals, spaces and doubled hyphens.
- "An account with that email already exists. Sign in instead."
- Use Already have an account? Sign in, or Forgot password.
- "Check the highlighted field and try again."
- Fix the field marked in the form.
Good to know
- An account belongs to one shop. To join an existing shop you are invited by its owner instead; see the article on inviting a team member.
