Run a report and download it as a spreadsheet

Pick a report, a period and a grouping, press Show, and save the result as a CSV.

Who can do this: Owner and Manager.

Steps

The Dashboard (owner and manager) shows Today's sheet (appointments booked today), Slipping & due (pets overdue with nothing booked, and how many are due this week), No-shows this month (count and share of bookings), and money tiles for the owner and admins. Each tile links to its report.
Open Reports and pick a tab: Revenue, Bookings by status, Groomers, Clients, Service mix, Add-ons or Pets due.
Choose a Period (This month, Last month, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This year) or set From (optional) and To. Per sets the step (day, week or month, Auto by default) on Revenue and Bookings by status.
On Revenue, Rows groups figures By period, By service or By groomer. On Add-ons, Rows can be By service, By size or By source. On Pets due, pick Weeks ahead.
Press Show.
Open What these numbers mean for the definition of every column, or hover a column heading.
Press Download CSV to save the report on screen.

Bookings by status also shows Dogs, Room for, Filled and Bottleneck: how many dogs the shop had room for and what limited it.
An empty report says "Nothing in this period."

The Period fields are missing.: Pets due has no period; it uses Weeks ahead instead.
